It stinks , no manners, no professionalism, and way to many reserved parking spots. Maintenance sucks as well.
This is for shop area for truck service only.I think it is very poor service they are slower than turtles and like milking the clock and are in no hurry to get you back on road. Checked in at shop at 11 am 11-26-2017. 2 trucks ahead so waited 5hrs then got truck into bay. They then said didn't have part and freightliner didn't open up till 8am next mourning and they would send runner in mourning 30miles up road to pick up part. Well it took her 4hrs to get part and return. They installed part and said well they have to let it cure for 4hrs then they would get somebody on it. Then they said 9pm and then they said at 12 midnight they will get somebody on it. After waiting 9 hours in bay they tell us nobody wants to work on it but they will definitely get somebody working on it Tuesday mourning at 8am. So we slept inside the truck which was in the bay all night. My guess its against company policy of T/A for drivers to be in truck while truck is in bay but that's where we slept inside the bay. It is now Tuesday 11-28-2017 and truck is still in bay. Hopefully they stop milking the clock soon because we have a load to pick up 30miles down road to at 15:30. Seriously 3days inside bay with no major accomplishments. This tells me they don't care about getting drivers back on road anytime soon. No worry though will never have work done on shop again at this T/A!
Cashier was rude lazy and did not want to do her job and my English toffee coffee was nasty everything else was good
Clean showers and nice employees. Would give it a five star but prices are truly high!
Very clean ladies bathroom. Much more area for trucks versus the Pilot next to it. Definitely true to its name Travel Centers of America.
